Cancellation Policy

SOLUTION PARTNERS

In the event that the CMTC Steering Committee make a decision to cancel the onsite conference for any reason (such as Acts of "God," Act of War, governmental emergency, labor strike or unavailability of the exhibit facility), Solution Partners will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee.

In the event that the vendor must cancel their onsite exhibitor/sponsor registration for any reason, the vendor must put this request in writing via email to the Exhibits Manager, Kymra Kurinskas at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and is subject to Exhibitor’s payment of cancellation fees as outlined below:

  • If notification is received on or before September 1st, all monies paid, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded/invoiced.
  • If notification is received on or before October 1st, 50% of all monies paid, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded/invoiced.
  • If notification is received on or after November 11th, obligates the Solution Partner to forfeit all monies paid.

*Failure to occupy booth space does not release the exhibitor from the full cost of the rental. If the booth space is not occupied when the hall opens, show management will have the right to use the space as it sees fit to eliminate empty spaces in the exhibit hall.

*Solution Partners may apply monies paid to date towards Virtual Partner participation and receive a refund for the balance between virtual and onsite participation.

In the event that the attendee must cancel their registration for any reason, the vendor must put this request in writing via email to the Exhibits Manager, Kymra Kurinskas at This email address is being protected from spambots.   • If notification is received on or before November 11th = all monies paid will be refunded.
  • If notification is received after November 11th = registration non-refundable*
    *Registration may be transferred if arrangements can be found to send a substitute

*Attendees may apply monies paid to date towards virtual conference registration and receive a refund for the balance between virtual and onsite participation.
