Benefits

  • Interactive Workshop (60-, 75-, or 90-minute) presenters and ONE co- presenter receive free onsite conference registration including lunch the day of their presentation(s).*
  • Exploratory (Concurrent) Session presenters and ONE co-presenter receive free onsite conference registration including lunch the day of their presentation(s).*

* The conference is able to provide these registration benefits for a maximum of two (2) presenters for each session. Additional presenters must register & pay for the conference.

Responsibilities

Presenters are responsible for preparing and posting copies of participant handouts and/or resources using the Conference Extensions section of the CMTC website to preserve natural resources.

Presenters must provide their own computing device(s)/ peripheral(s)/application(s) required for the presentation.

Presenters will be provided with access to the wireless network and projection capability in ALL presentation rooms. Additional AV equipment, for example, monitor/DVD, document camera, or speakers, may be available if requested in advance.

Deadlines

Proposals must be submitted using the online Call for Presenters application by Wednesday, June 12th.

Access the online submission application using the quick link on the home page of the conference website ~ www.nhcmtc.org.

Proposals may be submitted online beginning Friday, May 10th.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3...

  • Go to www.nhcmtc.com and click on “PRESENT” in the main menu bar of the home page.
  • Login or create your presenter profile if needed and then select Submit a Proposal.
  • Follow the directions for each step of the proposal process.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your proposal within 24 hours, as well as a confirmation email in mid-July if your session is chosen for inclusion in the conference offerings.
