Solution Partner Registration Process

  1. Review the Call for Solution Partners brochure.  Call for Solution Partners brochure.
  2. New CMTC partners, fill out the solution partner registration form linked below. For returning partners, please login to your existing account. *contact Kymra at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for login help.
  3. Select desired engagement level (Sponsorship, 2-Day Booth).
  4. Enter your company description, logo and contact information for the Exhibitor Guide Entry in the Exhibitor Menu. Information will appear immediately on Information will also appear on Sched when it goes live in November. You may make changes to your guide information until the end of the conference.
  5. Access your account to: edit/update Exhibitor Guide Entry, add booth representatives, submit presentation information, and select lunch preferences (if applicable). Registration, payment, and presentation descriptions are due by July 31st in order to be included in the Program of Events

Solution Partners who have registered in the past should use the Login Page to access their existing account and submit a new options form for this year
