Hear about instructional strategies implemented as part of a semester long challenge in a high school elective course to increase student awareness of their personal screen time and the resulting effects of screen use on personal mindfulness. In this modern world of technology overload, student awareness of their personal device usage and the struggles inherent in a constant stream of digital interruptions is a conundrum that permeates the educational landscape. Hear from students as they grapple with their screen use and attempt to modify their behavior in an effort to enhance their well being.
