This includes a combination of verbal, written, and electronic efforts to communicate with families and community partners. With a vision to build strong relationships with students, families, and faculty, leaders need to be visible both in the school and on campus, but with communication to stakeholders as well. Finding ways to involve students, parents, and families in school improvement planning should be included in strategic plans.
